Find your Center
We are living in extraordinary times, where emotions are running high, and many are seeking clarity on how to move forward. It’s okay to feel everything you’re experiencing—acknowledge those feelings. Then, take a moment to get grounded. Self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s essential. When you center yourself, you can sift through the noise, reconnect with your core values, and make choices aligned with your truth.
The months ahead will require us all to make difficult decisions about our future. Making those decisions from a place of fear or reactivity won’t serve us. That’s why I’ve committed to these actions:
Empowering the people around me who believe in democracy and human rights.
Setting boundaries to protect my energy from those who spread hate.
Opening my heart to listen and learn from people with different perspectives.
Educating myself about systems of oppression and how I can contribute to meaningful change.
I am determined to do everything in my power to help others find their grounding and their center. From this place of empowerment—not fear—we can make choices that create a better, more inclusive future for us all.
