Soulsy Wellness started as a pipe dream that became a reality when I discovered my niche.

Meet Jes

Hi, I’m Jes. I have been fascinated with health and wellness since my first introduction to meditation during a high school gym class (Thank you, Mrs. Zaneski!).

Since that transformative day (over two decades ago), I explored a plethora of things (therapy, medication, coaching, massages, reiki, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, nutrition, and hypnosis, to name a few) to navigate life’s ups and downs better.

Healing is a deeply personal journey. The most significant shift in my mental, physical, and spiritual well-being occurred when I combined Eastern and Western practices. Reiki, in particular, consistently provided peace and relaxation, regardless of the practitioner or session focus.

My “aha” moment came when I was going through a particularly challenging time. I found that reiki kept me grounded, while therapy allowed me to navigate it gracefully. It prompted me to get a Master-level reiki certification to help others. I believe energy work is a key component in all healing.

With great pleasure, I am delighted to introduce Soulsy Wellness, an online service that allows you to take a mental hiatus from life and become super relaxed from anywhere. Each session is carefully customized to meet your specific needs.
