APPOINTMENTS

Clients can reschedule or cancel appointments through the confirmation email received upon booking OR by emailing booking@soulsywellness.com. Please note that we retain the right to decline service to individuals who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled appointment sessions or repeatedly cancel.

For clients who arrive after their scheduled time, the session duration will be reduced accordingly to account for the delay.

Pack of 3: Once your session is complete, the practitioner will provide a scheduling link through Zoom's chat feature to schedule your next appointment.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

We recommend clients pay before the session to get the most healing time.

Did you miss the link? Here are the payment links for our reiki sessions:

• The Soulsy Break - 25 Min Session

• Unwind & Align - 40 Min Session

• Euphoria - 60 Min Session

• Bliss - 60 Min (In-home) Session

No worries if you didn’t pay before the session. A few minutes are taken off to complete the payment process at the start of the session. The practitioner will provide a payment link through Zoom's chat feature for distance Reiki clients or a QR code for in-home Reiki clients.

Tax is calculated for CT residents during the checkout process.

Distance Reiki Sessions Refunds

• Up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  Receive a full refund.

• Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment 
  No refund. Cost is applied towards a future appointment.

In-home Reiki Sessions Refunds

• Up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment
  Receive a full refund.

• Within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment 
  No refund. Cost is applied towards a future appointment.

Services rendered are non-refundable.

ZOOM LINK

The confirmation email sent upon booking contains a hyperlink to access the Zoom session for distance reiki sessions.

RECORDED DISTANCE REIKI SESSIONS

If you purchased a recorded session for download, you will receive the link within 24-48 hours following the appointment. After 7 days, it is permanently deleted from Zoom’s storage and can not be restored.
